RSIL wrapped up a 3 day stakeholder consultation series as part of its project on upscaling Pakistan’s judiciary. The discussion focused on digitisation and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Day 1: Commercial lawyers on corporate, banking, arbitration & related disputes

Day 2 : Civil practitioners

Day 3 : Criminal lawyers

Across all three sessions, practitioners identified key bottlenecks in their fields, explored where digitisation & AI tools could realistically help, and flagged the risks any such intervention must account for.
