Islamabad Roundtable Consultation

RSIL convened a series of consultations under its project “Upscaling the Judiciary,” focused on advancing digitalisation and the responsible use of artificial intelligence within Pakistan’s justice sector.

The series opened with a consultation bringing together information technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital governance experts to examine the technical and institutional feasibility of judicial digitisation. This was followed by two sessions of the Technical Working Group, which consolidated insights previously gathered from judges, criminal lawyers, commercial litigators, civil practitioners, and other relevant stakeholders into a coordinated roadmap for judicial reform.
