The Peshawar event featured short motivational addresses by each speaker sharing personal career journeys and practical reflections on legal practice, followed by a dedicated high-tea session structured as an open, informal one-on-one interaction between students and speakers. Students demonstrated strong engagement throughout, using the informal setting to ask candid questions they may not have raised in a formal environment. Questions and discussions centred on how to navigate the early years of a legal career.
Several students asked speakers to reflect on formative decisions in their own careers and the advice they wished they had received as young lawyers. The interactive one-on-one format proved particularly effective at encouraging this kind of candid, personalised exchange.
